Knitting a tee

I am attempting to knit myself a Tee for those cooler summer days here in WI. I am using the softest acrylic I have ever felt. It is King Cole Smooth DK. I am adding a purl row every 10 rows to give it a gansey type stripe, just for a textural effect. Knitting in the round is the best as I only hve to purl 1 row in 10. :-)

Thought you might like this site: www.TheHopeWithin.org

It is based on 1 Peter 3:15 and it is a very interesting way to share our faith without using too much of our time.

I picked up this same pattern while on a knitting trip a couple of weeks ago!

Looking forward to seeing your summer sweater take shape.
