Mid August KAL

Here is my completed mid August knitalong cloth. The blues in varigated yarn matched too closely to main color so some effect gets lost but it was still a fun pattern to knit. I bet it will scrub dishes nicely with all the texture going on!
 

I spent a lovely day with my friend Tricia today. She treated me to lunch at a great Mexican restaurant and then on to Baskin-Robbins for coconut/nut ice cream! YUM
She lent me a couple of good books to read and we just had a very pleasant day of talking and laughing.
